Current technical posture

The public website is static-first, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, sets no marketing cookies, and does not access legal matter data. The desktop keeps cases, communications, time entries, invoices, and local sync payloads outside the website.

Future account services

At launch, narrowly scoped account and licensing services will process the minimum data necessary for identity, entitlement, updates, and support. Stripe remains the card-payment boundary.

Before publication

A final notice must identify data categories, purposes, processors, retention, rights, contact information, state-law treatment, and effective date after counsel review.
