Initial installer
At launch, an immutable Windows installer will be available over HTTPS from the official download hostname. The page will identify its exact version, size, SHA-256, and Authenticode publisher.

A verified first step, followed by protected updates.
A new customer needs an installer before an entitlement exists. LexCapture therefore separates the initial public installer from entitlement-protected updates.
Subsequent updates
The installed desktop uses the existing signed catalog, entitlement authorization, short-lived artifact access, SHA-256 verification, and publisher signature checks.
